PAYMENT TERMS

We require 100% advance payment for all services listed on the website. The client is responsible for any applicable transaction fees and taxes.

MODIFICATIONS

We provide unlimited revisions on delivered work, provided requests are made within 7 days of delivery. In exceptional cases, requests can be made within 14 days. All revision requests will be handled according to the urgency of the order, with a standard minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

The revision turnaround time is based on the urgency, as follows:

• For orders with an urgency of up to 24 hours, the revision turnaround time will be 24 hours.
• For orders with an urgency between 24 and 48 hours, the revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
• For orders with an urgency of 48 hours or more, the revision turnaround time will be 72 hours.

Project Specifications

All project requirements will be discussed with the clients prior to the project's initiation. Any service level disputes will be resolved based on the agreed terms and requirements established at the start of the project, along with these terms and conditions and standard business practices.

REFUND POLICY

You can request a full refund before we begin work on your project. However, once work has started, any refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees.

If you are dissatisfied with any product or service provided by Amazon Smart Publication, you may submit a refund request within 5 days of order completion. A partial refund may be granted if we are unable to fulfill the required service through our unlimited revision policy. If no refund request is received within five days of order delivery, both parties will consider the order to be satisfactory.
